Exuding artistry, authenticity, and vibrancy, Wynwood is quickly establishing itself as the creative capital of Miami. The Wynwood Plaza, the largest mixed-use development in the neighborhood, brings together the best of all worlds, embracing the latest in sustainable and tech-forward innovation and public green space. Tasked with generating excitement and interest in the development, we developed the concept, naming, branding, visual identity, website design and leasing experience highlighting the project’s intrinsic relationship between the neighborhood and its community.
